We are excited to share we are updating the platform our members use to make payments on their MCCU loans from other financial institutions! This new platform will continue to be available through our website and will also be accessible to you through It's Me 247, MCCU's online banking platform/mobile app. We do not yet have a go-live date for this update, but we wanted to give you as much advanced notice as possible, so that information will be added once we have it!

FAQ
Will I need to set up a new username/password?
Yes, you will need to set up a new username/password. The new platform will make it so you only have to log in once to make payments on all of your MCCU loans--no more separate logins!
What's the best way for me to make a loan payment?
If you prefer to pay through ACH, you will want to use the link available to you through our website. The version of this software that will be available through Online Banking/MCCU Mobile will only accept card payments.
If I have a scheduled payment, do I need to go in and schedule the payment on the new platform?
No, all scheduled payments will flow over to the new platform.
What if I need to change/update an existing scheduled payment?
You will need to set up an account on the new platform to edit any existing scheduled payments.
Will the fees be changing?
No, there will be no changes to the fee structure. It will be free to make a payment via ACH and $10 to make a payment with a card.
