For Ages 0–15:

For Ages 16–17:
Open your own savings account* and take charge of your goals—no parent needed if you have a valid photo ID.

*Monroe Community Credit Union (MCCU) Membership eligibility required. $5.00 minimum opening deposit. Account opening for individuals aged 13 to 15 requires joint ownership with a parent or legal guardian who qualifies for membership with MCCU. Members 16-17 years old may open an account individually, with valid photo identification. Debit cards and ATM cards issued to members ages 13-15 require parent/guardian consent waiver. No monthly maintenance fee. No minimum balance requirement. MCCU is Federally Insured by NCUA.
